This molten choco lava cake is as easy as it gets.
It uses just 6 basic ingredients: dark chocolate, all purpose flour, butter, milk, sugar and baking powder. The dark chocolate gives it that rich, intense flavour while the small amount of flour keeps the centre molten and gooey. Everything gets mixed in one bowl, then poured into any heat safe container and it cooked over salt at the bottom of a kadhai for just 20 minutes. There’s no need to wait, you can dig in straight away while it’s still hot. Top with some powdered sugar, a little flaky salt if you like and enjoy the warm, gooey, chocolatey goodness, it’s just so, so good ♡

I loved this recipe and in fact not only this one apke jitne bhi recipes maine aaj tak try kiye hai I love them all srsly😭🫶😝💗✨👾💌🎀
It’s an amazing recipe! The outside is nice and crisp, and the inside is soft and chocolaty. I would definitely make this again. They’re easy to make and bake really fast as well. It took me a total of 30 minutes to cut the chocolate and everything.
Often times whenever I bake cookies and brownies on stove I have to wait until the next day or 17 hours for them to set properly and taste good because they develop such a rubbery texture right after baking . However, I didn’t have to wait that long for eating this cake as it tasted even better than I wanted after I’ve finished baking. It was quick and easy enough to satisfy my midnight cravings without distracting me from my work.
