This is my cinnamon roll recipe and it’s honestly one of the top 3 recipes I’ve ever developed because it’s seriously that good. The dough turns out super soft and moist, the cream poured on top while baking makes the rolls extra gooey and rich and the freshly roasted cinnamon takes the filling to another level of flavour. To finish, the cream cheese glaze melts right into the warm rolls, making every bite taste so, so good! 

And really, you have no excuse not to try it because I tested this recipe in my oven, an airfryer and even a kadhai so no matter what you’ve got at home, you can absolutely make these rolls. It’s beginner friendly, doable and it’s 100% going to be one of the best things you ever bake.

🥮It’s very easy to make, although it’s a very time-consuming process. A perfect recipe for spending your weekend at home. I just made them with half the recipe… Could make a total of 6 rolls. They turned out really good. Got a foodgasm with it!!✨ The best part about it is that it’s eggless. The cinnamon was not overpowering, it’s perfect. 🥮

🥮I would suggest you to give the measurements of the dough while rolling it into a rectangle. I rolled the dough in square 12*12 inches and about 1-1.5cm thin. Also mention the height for each roll (i kept them 2 inches tall which later doubled). I baked them in preheated airfryer for 15 mins at 170°C and 5 mins at 160°C. 🥮

🥮I felt that the glaze is too sweet. Also I made a mistake of not whisking the cream cheese first. Whisk the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla first and then whisk in the heavy cream. Otherwise it turns really lumpy and I had to spend an hour trying to strain it. 🥮
