Oreo Golden Banana Pudding

Ingredients
Pudding
- 2 cup (500 ml) milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
- 1/3 cup (90 g) condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 g) whipping cream
Assemble
- 3 banana, sliced
- 3-4 packs oreo golden cookies
- vanilla custard pudding
- caramel sauce, for topping
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, add milk, condensed milk, custard powder and vanilla. Whisk everything together till smooth and lump free.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously till the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly. Turn off the heat.
- Let the custard cool to room temperature, giving it a whisk occasionally to keep it smooth and refrigerate for 2–3 hours till chilled and slightly thickened.
- Whip the whipping cream to soft peaks and gently fold the whipped cream into the chilled custard in batches till fully combined and fluffy.
- To assemble, add a layer of oreo golden biscuits to the base of your dish. Top with a layer of the pudding followed by thinly sliced bananas. Repeat with another layer of biscuits and more pudding.
- Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2–3 hours or overnight to let it set properly.
- Before serving, top with crushed oreos, more banana slices and a generous drizzle of caramel, enjoyy!
