Ingredients
- 7 chocolate biscuits of your choice
- 3-4 tbsp milk, adjust
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- 1 shot espresso, optional for soaking
Instructions:
- Add your favourite chocolate biscuits to a blender and pulse until they form a fine powder.
- Transfer the biscuit powder to a bowl along with milk and baking powder and whisk into a thick batter.
- Pour the batter into a parchment lined ramekin or a cute mug and microwave for 90–120 seconds or until the cake is fully cooked through.
- Enjoy as is or poke a few holes in the warm cake with a chopstick and pour over a shot of espresso, letting it soak in before digging into the most moist and delicious chocolate cake, enjoyy!
