Ingredients
Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp garlic confit
- 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 3-4 tbsp grated parmesan
- salt, to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
More
- 2 leftover pita
- mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander, for garnish
Equipment
Instructions:
- If you have the time, I highly recommend making garlic confit (I’ve linked my full recipe). If not, you can fry garlic in oil or use fresh minced garlic instead.
- In a bowl, add garlic confit and mash it with a fork, add butter, grated parmesan, salt, oregano and chopped coriander. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter generously over your bread of choice, I used leftover pita.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and airfry at 180°C for 7–11 minutes till the bread is crisp on the bottom and the cheese is fully melted and golden.
- Finish with more chopped coriander and grated parmesan before serving, enjoyy!
