Matcha White Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened dairy whipping cream, cold
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ tbsp matcha powder, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add condensed milk, sift in the matcha and add the vanilla extract. Whisk till the matcha is completely smooth and fully incorporated into the condensed milk.
- In a separate cold bowl, add cold whipping cream and whip until soft peaks form. Pour the matcha condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold till fully combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips till evenly distributed and transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and smooth out the top. Top with more white chocolate chips, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight or till completely firm. Serve and enjoyy!
