Airfryer Paneer Popcorn

Ingredients
- 400 g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
Wet Flour Coating
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup water, adjust
Dry Coating
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, roughly crushed
- 1/2 cup non fried bhujia, roughly crushed
Equipment
Dip: Herb cream sauce
- 1/4 cup curd or yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- handful of fresh coriander
- handful of fresh mint
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 5 cloves garlic
- salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup ice
Instructions:
- Prepare paneer: Take paneer and chop it into medium sized cubes.

Prepare coating:
For the wet mixture, in a bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, spices and water to get a slightly thick but runny batter.
For the dry mixture, mix together panko breadcrumbs and bhujia. - Dip paneer cubes into the wet mixture and then coat evenly in the breadcrumb-bhujia mixture. Freeze (optional but recommended): Place the breaded paneer in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- For the green dipping sauce: Add fresh coriander, fresh mint, yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt and ice to a blender and blend till completely smooth.
- Airfry: Line the basket with parchment paper and place the paneer in a single layer. Spray generously with oil and airfry for 18–20 minutes till golden brown and crisp. Serve with a fresh green sauce and enjoyy!
