I rated your pasta recipes to find my fav!
Pasta: who doesn’t love pasta? BUT if you’re someone who cares too much about authenticity, you should probably skip this episode. I tried my subscriber’s pasta recipes and they are so creative and far far away from authentic pasta. These recipes are so well thought of and very innovative so you’re in for good ride with this episode!
This is my YouTube original series where I try and rate your recipes in my own fun way to connect with you while we share our mutual love for food <37
1. Crunchy Peanut Pasta Chaat by Arani

I made the cold version which is a proper pasta chaat. This is actually very nice. Adding curd automatically gives it that chaat feel and I love that. I personally would tweak this recipe just a bit. Instead of pasta masala, I would do chaat masala and lemon juice, add some potatoes as well and then finish everything with some aloo bhujia and I think that would elevate this even more. But overall, this is a very creative and innovative take on a pasta salad!

3. Green Pasta by Lalitha

This smells amazing. It definitely tastes something that would be made in an Indian household cause it’s is so warm and comforting. However, I feel like the pasta is not the main character here. This recipe is so good that I would happily enjoy it even without the pasta, with either rice or roti. So I personally think this recipe would be more suited for a comfort food video instead of a pasta video, but having said that, it is definitely very tasty.

4. Creamy Peanut Pasta by Juhi

I love peanut butter so I knew I would like this pasta! I felt like it was missing something so I added a tiny splash of soy sauce and that really pulled it together. It is so creamy, umami, nutty and low effort!

5. Bottlegourd Pasta by Isha

Lauki Pasta? Hello, if this isn’t the most creative thing? As someone who doesn’t even like bottlegourd, I see myself making and eating this because you cannot even tell it is bottle guard. It is so so good and basically just a whole vegetable disguised as pasta.

Final Verdict
If you want to go out of your comfort zone and try something completely new: lauki pasta is the way to go.
For an easy convenient recipe: the peanut butter pasta is great!
For a very tasty classic pasta: rosatella pasta is a good option. I also recommend trying the green sabzi one without the pasta, but with a carb of your choice, like rice or roti!
Taking all factors into consideration: we have rosatella pasta for the win!
