Ingredients
Biscuit Base
- 3-4 biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 1 tbsp melted butter, optional
Cheesecake Filling
- ¼ cup (60 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp (30 g) fresh cream
- 2 tbsp (30 g) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Biscoff Spread
- 1 pack (75 g) biscoff biscuits
- ¼ cup (60 g) condensed milk, adjust
Instructions:

Prepare the biscuit base: Add biscoff biscuits to a blender and pulse until you get fine crumbs. You can also add them to a ziplock bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed biscuits to a serving jar.
Optional: Mix in 1 tbsp of melted butter, I skipped this to keep the recipe 5 ingredients. - Make the cheesecake mixture: In a bowl, add room temperature cream cheese, fresh cream, condensed milk and vanilla. Using a spatula, fold everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can also blend this if you prefer a quicker method.
- Assemble and set: Transfer the cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit base. Tap the jar gently a few times to smoothen the top. Close with a lid and refrigerate for atleast 3–4 hours or until fully set.
- Make the Biscoff spread: Add biscoff biscuits to a blender and pulse until very fine and slightly oily. Add condensed milk and pulse again until it turns into a smooth, spreadable consistency.
- Finish and serve: Once the cheesecake has set, top it with a generous tablespoon of the homemade biscoff spread and finish with a biscoff biscuit. Your 5 ingredient no bake cheesecake is ready to enjoyy!
