You know those oddly specific cravings that just won’t go away? I was craving something chocolatey, something with oreos and definitely something with toasty gooey marshmallows and this skillet hit every part of that craving.
It’s layered with oreo biscuits as the base and is topped with my fudgy eggless brownie batter made using just 5 ingredients. Once it’s baked, we finish with lots of chocolate chips and vegetarian marshmallows and broil till golden and gooey. A final sprinkle of flaky salt ties it all together and it’s rich, warm, messy in the best way and exactly what I needed (and now you do too!).

Ingredients
Biscuit Layer
- 7 oreo biscuits
Brownie Batter
- 1/4 cup (60 g) dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter, I used salted
- 4 tbsp (60 g) condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional
- pinch of instant coffee powder, optional
- 5 tbsp (40 g) all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 g) baking soda
Top
- vegetarian marshmallows
- 3 tbsp (45 g) dark chocolate callets (or chips or chunks)
- flaky salt
Equipment
Instructions:
- Lightly grease your skillet with butter and place oreo biscuits as the base in a single layer.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter. Microwave for around 30 seconds till the butter melts and the chocolate starts to soften. Whisk well until smooth and let this cool slightly.
- Once the mixture is warm, add condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix well until fully combined.
- Add all purpose flour and baking soda and gently mix, do not overmix.
-
Pour the brownie batter over the oreos in your skillet. Smooth out the top and bake till the brownie is mostly cooked through:
• Oven: 180°C for 11–13 minutes
• OTG: 180°C for 13–15 minutes
• Air fryer: 170°C for 10 minutes - Remove from the oven and immediately top with dark chocolate and a generous amount of marshmallows.
- Broil at 220°C for about 2 minutes or till the marshmallows are beautifully golden and gooey on top.
- Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes and then finish with a sprinkle of flaky salt while it’s still warm. Dig in straight from the skillet or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, you’re going to <37 this.
