This molten choco lava cake is as easy as it gets.
It uses just 6 basic ingredients: dark chocolate, all purpose flour, butter, milk, sugar and baking powder. The dark chocolate gives it that rich, intense flavour while the small amount of flour keeps the centre molten and gooey. Everything gets mixed in one bowl, then poured into any oven safe container and it airfries in just 10 minutes. There’s no need to wait, you can dig in straight away while it’s still hot. Top with a little flaky salt if you like and enjoy the warm, gooey, chocolatey goodness, it’s just so, so good ♡

Don’t use the regular white sugar that has big crystals or it’ll be crunchy, but this recipe is soooo delicious I didn’t want to share with my husband. If you’re sharing… don’t. Just make 2 or you’ll be wanting more!
