This molten choco lava cake is as easy as it gets.
It uses just 6 basic ingredients: dark chocolate, all purpose flour, butter, milk, sugar and baking powder. The dark chocolate gives it that rich, intense flavour while the small amount of flour keeps the centre molten and gooey. Everything gets mixed in one bowl, then poured into any oven safe container and it airfries in just 10 minutes. There’s no need to wait, you can dig in straight away while it’s still hot. Top with a little flaky salt if you like and enjoy the warm, gooey, chocolatey goodness, it’s just so, so good ♡

Instructions:

Pour the batter in a ramekin, smooth out the top and bake:

Thanks for the recipe 🩷🩷🩷🩷❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥
I highly recommend this recipe!! I used extremely dark chocolate so I adjusted the chocolate and sugar ratio accordingly but you can catch me making this almost every week! 🫣 An air fryer makes this super convenient
The cake turned out to be very liquidy from inside. I made it in an oven, preheated it for 10 minutes and baked my cake for around 20 minutes. Do you think my ramekin was small that is why I faced this?
Best thing I have ever make thank you didi

Girly yayyy why not a 5 star rating tho for the best thing 🥹
do we need to preheat the oven? also is it possible to not use chocolate and use cocoa powder and if yes how would we go about that?
Response from shivangi kooks
